1988 to 2002 "Confidential" Company, Madison Heights, MI ·
Presently Shift Supervisor for the Madison Heights manufacturing facility
responsible for on-time shipments, delivery of product, maintaining production
efficiencies and utilization, scrap, rework, and employee safety. · Quality
Representative for the Madison Heights facility as well as an Internal
Auditor for the I.S.O. 9000 Quality System currently in place at "Confidential"

Hlped develop the standard for the "Confidential" battery test
and lead the annual wage review presentation from 1991 through 1997.
· Inspector. 18 months as an inspector on second shift, which sometimes
called for special inspection, blueprint reading.
· Slotter. 36 months on first shift signed as slotter but utilized throughout
manufacturing. 1st assembly, inspection, radial drill, lathe (G.&L.),
square mill operator, surface grinder (Mattison), crater and hi-lo driver
as needed.
· Makino Operator. 18 months on second shift as a C.N.C. drill operator
(LeBlond Makino and Hillyer) responsible for both standard and special
mold bases. Back-up supervisor for second shift.
· Stockroom Attendant. 18 months as first shift stockroom
attendant.
· Two years on first shift as Assembler/Inspector. Back-up
supervisor for first shift manufacturing.
Manufacturers Hardware Co. Inc. Detroit, Mi. 1984 to 1988
In August of 1985 became the First Shift Supervisor. Efficiently supervised
a crew of between 9-12 employees. Set dies, built and set fixtures for
drilling, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, milling, etc…, Minor
repairs to all machines.
Responsibilities included but were not limited to opening and locking
up shop. Safety and morale of employees. Directly corresponded with customers
for ordering parts, routing shipments, and follow-up calls.
