Analyze downtime reports to detect trends and subtle symptoms of problems
before they affect production. Monitor planned maintenance system (MAXIMO)

ELECTRICIAN- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, modify and install industrial
electrical controls in a modern lumber mill. Work with Allen Bradley PLCs,
Machine vision systems technologies. Author, debug and modify ladder logic
programs used by PLCs for process control. Install and maintain all manner
of input devices (IR photo eyes, limit switches, proximity sensors, optical
encoders and fiber optic sensors). Install and maintain video systems
for process monitoring. Accurately diagnose and repair electrical / electronic
systems to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization. Perform
corrective and preventive maintenance and systems calibration during scheduled
downtime.

facilitate meetings of the Central Safety Committee. Act as the (hourly)
process owner for Safety, ensuring safety concerns are documented and
