PURPOSE Looking for the opportunity

Engineer with an established track record in Process Improvement. PROFILE I have contributed in numerous stages of product development, design and
legacy support. I have an established record of reducing production costs
and cycle times by utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Six Sigma
continuous improvement principles. I am currently a certified Six-Sigma
Green Belt. I have experience using CAD programs, designing parts and
assemblies, testing and trouble-shooting prototypes, developing automated
documentation, arranging bills of material (BOM), detailing engineering

Engineering, Planning, Quality and Safety departmental specifications
and standards to optimize setup reduction and to minimize daily associated

Act as a liaison to provide up front communication between all teammates
involved and to ensure that generated root cause analysis continues through
its required completion cycle. Ø
Designed specification requirements and assisted in the conversion of an
advanced electrical database system while maintaining electrical testing
procedures. Ø
Supported a wire harness and electromechanical assembly fabrication shop
while ensuring that the products were built and installed per drawing
requirements and specifications on schedule. Ø
Have worked closely with both foreign and domestic vendors. Ø
