1988 to 2002 "Confidential", Madison Heights, MI Leading Global supplier of plastic injection mold bases and components Manufacturing Supervisor for the Madison Heights facility responsible for on-time shipments, delivery of product, maintaining production efficiencies and utilization, scrap, rework, and employee safety. · Quality Representative for the Madison Heights facility as well as an Internal Auditor for the I.S.O. 9000 Quality System. Responsible for ensuring compliance of the ISO system and auditing other North American facilities for compliance. · Quality Council Member, Safety Committee Member, and Division Leader of the “Emergency Control Unit”. · Helped develop the standard "Confidential" battery test given to new applicants throughout the country. · Lead the annual wage review presentation for hourly employees from 1991 through 1997. · Created training manuals for manufacturing procedures including surface grinding and assembly of all style mold bases.
