monitored molding machine productivity and implemented corrective actions
daily to ensure at least 95% operating efficiency and machine utilization. Hayward Pool Products, Inc. 1988 to 1990 Tooling Engineer: Designed special and production machinery
and secondary or assembly fixturing, supervised plastic injection mold
maintenance and repair, traveled to Spain and Portugal to coordinate injection
mold construction, traveled to vendors and other company plants in the
US to resolve production problems. Seymour-Sheridan, Inc. 1983 to 1988 Engineer: Designed power press tooling and fixturing
for welding and assembly operations, resolved pressroom production problems,
managed major press failure and repair issues, controlled and coordinated
new press fabrication/installation and toolroom purchases and installation.
