I graduated from The University
of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and from
The University of America with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. I am a very energetic, self-motivated,
and goal driven person with strong communication and technical skills
that are reinforced by being fluent in both English and Spanish. I enjoy
working with people and I have superior leadership skills. I worked with "confidential"
, a producer of silicon wafers, for the semiconductor industry. My position as a Process/Industrial Engineer
gave me the opportunity to develop experience in identifying constraint
areas, optimizing equipment and labor, and improving flow of material. As a result, work efficiency and productivity
increased through the different manufacturing areas of the company, and
cycle time and cost were reduced.
Working as a Project Leader in several projects gave me the opportunity
to interact with cross-functional groups, develop Blitzes, be an efficient
team player, and complete on time successful projects. My Master's Thesis research
was focused on Human Factors, concerning specifically group collaboration
and communication, and as a part of this research, I designed and developed
experimental designs. As
part of my master's, I gained expertise in Quality Control, SPC, Experimental
Design, Reliability, Optimization, Facilities Planning, and Computer Aided
Manufacturing. For my Bachelor’s
Thesis in Chemical Engineering, I worked as a Chemistry Lab Researcher
and I developed a commercially marketable form of Gypsum. I also designed a manufacturing process
including the layout and estimated costs of manufacture and the expected
market. I am confident that my experience
along with my academic and bilingual skills would prove useful to your
company. Education
