Set-up and troubleshoot molds in presses from 39 to 500 tons for the automotive,
medical, and consumer products industries. Assist in the supervision of
twenty-five operators and operations of a forty-two press-molding floor.
1997-1999 Team leader/ Medical Molding, Same Company-VT
Set-up and troubleshoot molding machines from 9 to 110 tons in a medical
clean room. Supervised small crew of operators and adressed all quality
and manufacturing issues. Coordinated production schedules with production
control, and maintained all paperwork required by ISO and QS 9000 standards.
