* Progressive experience, with an emphasis on Project, Manufacturing, Quality and Tooling Engineering.

* Design meetings leader for Prototype, Hard tool and design input on secondary equipment.

* Work with Six-Sigma and compass teams to reduce cost and quality issues. Tool budget control.

* Liaison for launch, installation and Quality issues. Follow mold and gauge builds and verify gauge R&R's

* Advise tool changes to eliminate quality issues. Work cell layout and organization. Tool sourcing.

* On-site customer contact for Quality issues, quote tooling and new design of parts.

* Assist in design of molds and stamping dies. Work with customer on design and timing of tooling.
* Build plastic, magnesium, and zinc molds for automotive, furniture, and some household.
* New car launch, Matrix meetings, and sort parts at, (Atlanta, Chicago, Norfolk, Kansas City, Toronto Canada, and Louisville), Ford Assembly Plants as well as Dodge City to sort parts.
