5 MCAD designers and 2 prototype technicians that develop Pro-E solid
model designs of cordless phone products. Group provides data bases for
offshore injection molding tool development and utilizes in-house SLA/Casting
capability to provide complete prototypes to R&D. - Teams successfully
introduced into production the Crush 1, Crush 2, Osprey and Falcon families
of cordless phones. - Established and monitored mechanical design and
tooling schedules for all cordless phone programs. - Implemented plan
to conduct mid program design reviews at factory to allow manufacturing
inputs to be incorporated into design prior to final release. - Performed
staffing functions and conducted performance reviews for assigned personnel.
