2001 - 2002 Design
Engineer Designed
and modeled a large variety of parts and assemblies for a military contractor
using Pro/Engineer 2000i (experience using Pro/Intralink) Verified
the interference of designed parts with entire assembly. Created
drawings for these parts and assemblies in accordance with GD&T and
ANSI standards. Worked
with large Bill of Materials. Created
installation assemblies and drawings for electrical wire harnesses and
electrical equipment installation. Experienced

was involved in a short term project for Sulzer Company, which I lead
a team of designers to the successful completion of new pumps and impeller
designs. This work was done by using Unigraphics 17. Design
Engineer Modeled
parts and created drawings for John Deere, General Motors, Goulds Pumps
and Caterpillar using Pro/ENGINEER. Design
of HVAC systems for American Automotive Industry. Designed
cases, valves, shafts, levers and all other HVAC components using Unigraphics
for Delphi Company. Designed
3D models, using Unigraphics (experience with iMAN). Designed
pumps and impellers for Goulds Pumps Company using Pro/Engineer 2000i
(3D modeling, assemblies and drawings). Modeling was done using Pro/SURFACE
because of complexity of surfaces and fully parametrization. Designed
gears, shafts, gear boxes, crankshafts, mufflers, manifolds and other
components for transmission, exhaust system and engine. Designed
seats and interior automotive components. Performed
structure analysis for parts using Pro/Mechanica software (FEA). Experience
in advanced sheet metal modeling, castings modeling, forgings modeling,
plastic parts modeling, free-form features, assemblies and good understanding
of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances). Designed
the assembly and the mechanisms for these systems. Worked
in teams including designers from DELPHI Technical Center Luxembourg.
