I am an Engineer of 10 years. 8 years of which handling
process, controls, and maintenance of automated machineries for the plastic
extrusion lines. I have worked with an OEM company manufacturing
plastics machinery. Here, I was in charge of installation, start
up, commissioning, and troubleshooting/maintenance of extrusion equipments.
My greatest contribution to this company was one, improve process productivity, getting
acceptance by making non performing machineries run per customer
specs, and completing installationand commissioning projects in record
time of two months. In my latest employment, I have pioneered the
company's packaging film division. As the Chief Engineer/Technical
Consultant, I have improved machine processing to reach more than machine manufacturer's
specification. I was also able to reduce production machine
downtime through preventive maintenance schedules. I spearheaded
the engineering department to design electromechanical retrofits for process
improvement such as design of an automatic handling system for roll handling
and resin conveyance.

programming problems of company's other manufacturing subsidiaries
( includes machines for manufacturing paper cores, carton boards,PVC
leather, & rigid PVC films)
- Designs and implements engineering machines needed for production
improvement (e.g.4 component volumetric blending system, automatic
handling system for roll extraction and core insertion for all
cast lines) These in-house designs saved the company about 400,000
USD in terms of purchasing cost
