PLC (PROGRAMMABLE  LOGIC CONTROLLER)  EXPERIENCE

A)    ALLEN BRADLEYS PLC

1. Programming experience of Allen Bradleys SLC500 Programmable Logic Controllers

     (PLC’s) using SLC5/04 Processor

2 .Software development of in Allen Bradleys SLC500 PLCs in RSLogix500 software .

3. Experience in RSLinx & RSView32 sofware.

5. Can intall and program a  PLC system upto  3048 meters(10,000 ft) using Allen Bradleys PLC.

6. Have used bith RIO network and DH+ networks .

7. Have used SLC5/04 processor ,Remote Input/Output Scanner Module like 1747-SN, Digital/Analog/ RTD    Input/Output Modules like ,1794-IB16,1794-OB16,1794-IF41,1794-OF41,1794-IR8 etc & their configuration through the Software as and when required.

8. Have structure concept of G,M0,M1 files which makes BTR and BTW instructions and addressing so easy.

B)    SIEMENS PLC

1. Practical Programming experience of Siemen’s SIMATIC Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s)

2 .Software development for the SIMATIC PLC’s in STEP-5 Language.

3. Created many  Dynamic Displays / Mimics using HMI ( Human Machine Interface) / MMI ( Man Machine Interface such as WinCC (Windows Control Centre) for Siemens Simatic PLC

4. Have completed projects controlled by Centralised / Distributed Fault Tolerant Foolproof Control  Systems including Reduntant Systems in which one PLC acts as Master and the other acts as Slave (Standby). 

5. Can intall and program a  PLC system upto  23 KMs using Siemens PLC.

6. Interfacing experience CPU’s, Power Supplies,Digital/Analog Input/Output Modules, EPROM Modules,

Communication Processors, Expansion Units & their configuration through the Software as and when required

PLC RELATED PROJECTS

1.Have installed a complete Automatic/Manual PLC Control system using Allen Bradleys SLC500 for a Liquid Nitrogen Plant (Air Liquid ,France  made) in which air from atmosphere is compressed and through a complete cycle Nitrogen is liquified and separated from  air.The production rate of this plant is 500 litres of liquid Nitrogen per hour.

2.Have installed a complete Automatic/Manual PLC control system using Siemens S5 155H system for an 11KV/400V Electrical distribution system.

3.Have repaired the PLC Control system of an Electron Beam Welding Machine which incorporated Siemens PLC.
