Design Team & Engineering Member:

Responsible for design of perforating dies, new fixtures and work holding

applications.  Responsible for machining and proto-types of specified project needs. Provides technical assistance to lead project engineers and others as needed. 

CNC Department Coordinator Skills:

Responsible for scheduling, inventory, tooling list, engineering change request, time studies, materials purchasing, requisition machine maintenance orders and provide employee training and assistance.

Tool & Die Skills:

Fabrication, repair and preventative maintenance of short run dies, proto types, and progressive metal stamping dies including punch & form, and laminating dies and molds.  Also, the machining of jigs, fixtures and components requiring close tolerance and high performance standards.
