Project Engineer, duties involved becoming focal point for new installation
of Blending Rooms and delivery of a complete and comprehensive engineering
package. Implemented new Blending Room system from concept to startup
in a Class II Division I hazardous location. Developed automated blending
room system based upon current NEC and NFPA 79 standards. This automated
system was controlled by an Omron CS1H-CPU63, it monitored, managed and
recorded critical process operations and decreased human error and intervention
during production. Responsibilities included designing and engineering
Intrisically safe circuits in a hazardous clean room environment. Additional

programming, integration and configuring of process monitoring system.
Programmed GE 90/30, Logicmaster Series 1 and Logicmaster Series 6 PLCs.
Configured GCM+ (Enhanced Genius Bus) Modules to communicate with all
PLCs on the network, including Series 1 and Series 6 PLC. Assigned node
addresses and wrote PLC code for 22 different machines. Wrote machine

Worked on USPS (United States Postal System) Project. Responsibilities
included ownership supervision, inventory and scheduling of 15 million
dollar package handling Pilot Lab. Due
to ever imposing deployment schedules of USPS project.
Conveyor configurations had to be assembled and tested in Pilot
Lab. These simulated configurations
insured that all mechanical, hardwire, and CAN (Controller Area Network) interfacing was sufficient before actual deployment
to several sites. Aided in detailed validation and testing of conveyor
configurations. Developed Pilot
Lab schedule for Integration and Testing team, this schedule aided in
coordinating efforts between Hardware Qualification team and Integration
and Testing team. This schedule
optimized time of these two groups and
proved to be helpful. Also wired all necessary module and PLC communications
from electrical drawings. Took
corrective actions for discrepancies found on diagrams, coordinated and
directed team members
with lab configurations. Programmed
