Analysis & Flow Leader
"(Name) has very good knowledge of flow manufacturing
and production planning. He
is a good project leader to have when you need to get a job done right
the first time. He doesn't dance
around the problem, he simply identifies the root cause and looks for
ways to solve it. He has facilitated
several production teams including a rough lumber processing team and
a continuous improvement team. His
attention to details is excellent and his "big picture" thought

Millhiser, Inc. The lessons
I've learned and the skills, team work, and experiences of 28 years
in the business will be a great asset to you and your company. I know
most applicants look the same on paper as we all have similar skills
and experience. But I know you are interested in RESULTS -- which is
really the name of the game. So I have listed some key areas where I
have achieved results in the past to illustrate where I will improve
your profits and efficiency:
Manufacturing Management
Implemented capital asset management program for $50MM
firm. Managed all departmental operations including engineering, purchasing,
production planning, design, cutting, etching, sewing, converting, printing,
coating, stamping, machining, CNC, sanding, assembly, and shipping.
Successfully managed and staffed not only business start-ups, but also
periods of rapid, sustained corporate growth. These start-ups required
up to $5MM of initial capital. Completed, in just 3 months (9 months
ahead of schedule) a complex $250M project forecasted to take one year
and involving replacement of more than four systems.
Continuous Process Improvement
Introduced LEAN process improvements that improved
profit margins by 15% through decreasing production costs by 33%.
Operations Management
Participated on numerous management committees including
TQM, QS 9002, and Lean Manufacturing. Managed key accounts such as Procter
& Gamble. Initiated and launched production and sale of new products
that generated $1.5MM in the first year with annual sales projected
to read $4MM in coming years. Negotiated and managed contracts in excess
of $5MM per year.

telling you about their years of experience in the industry. I am offering
your company more than experience and promises; I will deliver to your
bottom line. My skills are state-of-the-art and I have turned my experience
into profits for my employers -- and I'd like the opportunity to do
the same for you and your company.
