In-charge of Injection moulding plant. -
Managing a group of 10 shift supervisors and directing them. -
Collecting production and maintenance reports from them and
record keeping. -
Involved in Production Planning and Quality Control -
Reading Hydraulic circuits drawings well to trace the problem
and to solve them. -
Periodic maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines -
Periodic maintenance of Moulds (Litaski Switches, Sockets and
Spares) -
Erection of four Injection moulding machines -
Selection of circuit breakers for all machine and ancillary
equipments at the time of erection. -

It also owns a Taiwan made foaming injection machine and more than 300
moulds. Responsibilities

Operating shift independently, managing a group of 35 operators
and directing them to get the work done. -
