Responsibilities include: changing over and processing 13 blow-molding machines, as well as, maintaining and setting up all auxiliary equipment.Continual troubleshooting various issues on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment (ex. -leakers, blenders, and takeaway systems) with affective results.

My responsibilities have encompassed assessing daily processing issues, not only with the blow molding machines but also with all down stream and auxiliary equipment (container take away systems, leak detectors, spin trimmers, material blending equipment, conveyors, and grinders).Successfully trained operators and setup technicians in pinpointing and solving setup and process problems in an 18-machine blow molding facility. I also have previous experience as a production supervisor and set up technician. Lead over 12 people on the safety committee as the head chairperson. This position consisted of: monthly safety walk through, creating safety SOP's, and revised a new safety manual that was implemented throughout the plant.
