• As
President & CEO of a start-up
technical distributor and manufacturing company, I applied my visionary
and entrepreneurial skills by directing the company to continuous sales
growth while expanding the market to cover the area Ohio, Indiana, and
Kentucky while serving over 1000 customers and representing over 30 major
manufacturers.
• As
President & CEO of an acquired manufacturing company, I created, designed,
and developed the product line from 6 products to 20 products, while establishing
national and international marketing programs, which resulted in a 79%
increase in sales and a 42% increase in gross profit in 3 years. Complete
new manufacturing facilities and plant layout were implemented.
• As
President & CEO I applied my leadership skill to reorganize, reduce
costs, and implement new administrative systems including PC LAN Network
for a telemarketing paper products distributor; added
new products; published new direct mail catalog; and enhanced counter
sales.
• As
Executive Vice President of a Los Angeles parent company, and President
of a start-up sister company, I increased profit margins, diversified
and expanded products and services, implemented a TQM process, developed
short-term and long-terms strategic planning including the positioning
of the company’s sale; conducted market research and
established contacts for business opportunities by traveling throughout
the Pacific Rim market.
• As
President & CEO I successfully completed a start-up wood manufacturing company producing
custom cabinets, entertainment centers, and fine furniture for the consumer
and construction industries.
• As
a Chairman of a consulting company I advised executive level management
concerning operations, marketing, sales, and finance; conducted personnel
training and market research; developed strategic plans and cost reduction
plans; implemented start-up companies.
• As
Sales Manager of a $45 million company, I created and implemented a national
marketing plan to integrate with the existing distribution. I designed
a network of 40 new technical and integrated them with the 400 existing
distributors supported by 46 direct factory salesmen ….. resulting in
a 200% sales increase in the first year
• I
directed the installation and the implementation of a real time mainframe
and PC LAN Network computer systems
for the entire administration, sales, and finance of four companies.
• Currently,
I am operating a PC LAN with Microsoft
Word, Office, Excel, Outlook, Windows, Cabnetware ( design program) Visio,
pcANYWHERE, Turbo, and QUICKBOOKS. The Internet is used daily for communications

and used.
