     •Current responsibilities include research and development of proprietary milling device, data analysis, management of up to three operators, vendor interfacing, preparation of technical reports, aid in planning for development of production facility, select and order commercial equipment

    •Redesigned a part of a proprietary mill projecting approximately $400,000 in savings over one year without reducing the volume or quality of output

     •Modified proprietary mill to maximize output and reduce particle size to meet customer specifications (currently used to produce all customer samples)

     •Designing production plant to handle 3,000,000 pounds of production per year while simulating on AutoCAD 2000 in a detailed 3-D layout

     •Worked extensively with high pressure water jets exceeding 50ksi

     •Interpreted particle size distributions from LS Coulter Particle Size Analyzer to aid in experimental planning

     •Machine design experience including shafts, bearings, seals, pneumatics, etc.

     •Designed testing procedures for low pressure hydrocyclone and analyzed data

     •Promoted to head of  tire deconstruction project to modify pneumatically driven machines and design testing procedures

     •Logged 32+ hours per week during senior year co-op
