-Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation
-Perform month end inventory
-Conduct monthly shift safety meetings
-Checks to ensure finished products meet quality standards
-Accurately document and analyze daily production line reports in a timely manner
-Track equipment downtime during shift
-Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
-Instruct and train all production personnel in proper safety procedures
-Complete daily production report at end of shift
-Ensure  adequate staffing, direction, and disipline
-Supervise 45-50 employees
