Accomplishments: Implemented a SPC wire diameter gauging system, consisting of eight Industrial IBM computers on a Token Ring server, and utilizing thirteen portable optical micrometers. Developed Process Monitoring Systems, for Class 1 Div. 1 Enamel Tank Control & monitoring systems, and multi-zone enamel cure oven control & monitoring systems, along with a serialized labeling system for product tracking.
