Experience with robotics, layer packers and sprue pickers.
Set-up, operating & troubleshooting gravimetric blenders and Conair vacuum loading equipment.      Perform proper Let Down Ratios (LDR) for dry color & concentrate colors
Experience setting-up operating & troubleshooting Novac Drying systems for engineering materials.
Experience operating overhead cranes that can lift from 1 ton to 25 tons.
Experience driving forklifts and operating various types of Material Handling Equipment.

·       Immediately promoted to Shift Foreman from Molding Set-Up Tech.
·       Supervise all activities for second shift. Maintain ISO 9002 documentation.
·       Hands-On: Set-up, troubleshoot & maintain Arburg, Kawaguchi & Cincinnati.  These presses range from 45 ton to 220 ton
·       Maintain cycle set-up records. Insure proper drying times for engineering material.

FEB. 1994 - OCT. 1999 MOLDING TECHNICIAN    KNIGHT BERRY PLASTICS, IL
·       One-year experience as a Material Handler. Mixing blends, concentrate & Color mixes using pro-rate feeders & gravimetric blenders.
·       One-year experience as Mold Technician Trainee. Set molds. Coordinate a smooth process for robots, sprue-pickers & layer packers interface. Temp settings for PP, PE and Thermoplastic rubber. Visual quality inspection.
·       Three years as Mold Technician: Establish cycle, start-up, troubleshoot secondary equipment. Thermolators, chillers, negative pressure units, probe panels & conveyors. Maintain daily cycle & cavitations records.
·       Properly maintain optimum efficiency of the cycle process. Properly pull insulated runners and hot runner probe tips without damaging tips.
·       Experience with Van Dorn's & Cincinnati's- 150 to 500 tons.
·       Perform color, plate & insert changes. Maintain molds & general cleaning.
·       Maintain safety operation of forklifts and 10-ton cranes.
