Safety pioneer of mobility product designs that conform to UMTA, FTA, SAE, D409, ADA, CE, TRC, VA, and FMVSS regulations and guidelines.  Independently authored the “Wheelchair Lift Multi-Spec”, a specification and test procedure that conforms to all worldwide specifications, permitting marketing globally.   Designed and conducted experiments and tests to assure compliance with the “Multi-Spec” and other regulations.  Provided mobility product safety consultation in wrongful death and injury claims.
