Production and Scheduling process.  Managing the production planning, scheduling, and assign the works to leaders. 
Review W.I.P daily with leader and production planning to adjust resources requirement.   
·        Development of system specifications for all components of internal and external.
Implemented the state of technology to all systems, ensure all products technical integrity meet the requirements. 
Organize, prioritize and work with all levels of engineering to ensure the deployment of resources to meet strategic 
business goals. Support and monitor training of department staff. Provide documentation and supporting the technical 
performance of the instrument systems and certification.

·        Work with Sales and marketing to assure accurate sales forecasts. Monitors and coordinates the accuracy and execution of the MPS. Work with Customer Service to resolving Quality Assurance and preventing type of customer problems. Coordinate the root causes, analysis and implement the corrective action plans.

·        Use SPC to measure productivities and other activities related to production.

·        Use MPS to control works issues to floor and MRP to tracking shortages, work with B.O.M, MPS, MRP, and knowledge in TQM, JIT procedure.

·        Annually review and evaluate the accomplishment for all Production Personnel.

Analysis the root causes of the problems and issue of corrective action plans. 
·        Work with project and design Engineer in the design for the automation platform of the measurement system, from white paper to completed system and documentation, field installation and application training, on site trouble shoot and technical assistance to support customer.

·        Supervise the Electronic and Optical Technicians to Performed the Final Test and Calibration of the automation measurement system and oversee the process of sophisticated Film Thickness Measurement systems. From basic board assembly, optical assembly, and system calibration, test and trouble shoot to components level.

·        Generated test procedure to qualified the manufacturing process, revise and make change to the current procedure if necessary to improve quality and to meet QC.

·        Performed Acceptance Test Procedure to meet customer specification, prepared raw data and update formal report.
·        Train Service Engineer personnel and support customer with technical difficulty.

·        Research and develop of materials and Mica to be use as ¼ wavelengths in the rotating motor.
