Responsibilities include: Supervise staff of 25 employees; work directly with CEO.  Duties include training line inspectors on quality procedures; conducting dimensional and visual inspections.  Responding to customer complaints to ensure quality standards. Perform first article inspections on new products, as well as, tool repair and modifications.  Worked with automotive industry requirements using SPC for FMEA's and PPAP's.
Accomplishments
·       Implemented and maintained ISO 9002 Certification within six months of taking over responsibility.
·       Lowered Monthly return rate from 5% of gross product shipped down to less than 1%.
·       Toured plant weekly and Implemented Safety Report to ensure plant had non-injury work loss from employees.
