All for half the cost of traditional recruiting fees. Remember you are saving on the administrative costs in hiring employees, such as newspaper Ads, job fairs, testing, reference checking, and background checking, if you so choose. Some companies prefer to utilize their own sourcing for final screening.

Once you have validated the FEE agreement, you are ready to begin. Our Career Specialist will process your information and identify the type of candidate you are looking for.

The guidelines for the service enables recruiters to easily search for high quality candidates using the following criteria: Preferred Location, Category, Salary Range, Full-time or Consulting, and Sponsorship needs. Our current questionnaire can be modified and tailored to suit your needs.

The Jobwerx Staffing Program provides full service placement expertise to convert qualified candidates into successful placements.

Once the candidate has been identified, The STAFF will provide the candidate with a complete company profile and more. The Placement Specialist will work with the Company and Candidate throughout the hiring process. Thereby assuring that everyone's needs are met.

The Placement Specialist can provide any or all of the following services to assist placement of each candidate: Scheduling interview, communicating company benefits, establishing candidate salary range, skill testing, candidate reference and background checking, communicating the employment offer, negotiating compensation package, and following up after the candidate is hired to ensure a successful placement.

The Jobwerx Staffing Program is the most cost-effective recruiting service in the industry.

The Jobwerx service is risk-free since Staffing will only invoice your Company after a successful placement has been made using the Jobwerx service.

The Jobwerx fee is now only 20% of the candidate's fist year annual base salary, significantly less than the 25% to 35% fee charged for traditional staffing services.

How do I take advantage of the Recruiting program?

It's FREE! It costs nothing to join. Simply send us an Email indicating your desire to participate.

Once registered, we'll send you our placement agreement that stipulates the fee structure for any candidates you hire as a result of using. YOU ONLY PAY FOR A CANDIDATE ONCE YOU HIRE THEM. Once you have validated the FEE agreement, you are ready to begin.

Once the agreement is returned, one of our Recruiting Specialists will begin the process. You will also want to send us your open job requisitions so that we can post them on the site free of charge. All listings must include a salary range, location of the position and benefits package information. To protect the confidentiality of our applicants, applicant contact information is omitted. However, the resume, formatted by the applicant, is available for your review.

Interesting Candidate

If you find a resume you are particularly interested in, let us know. Once we have a full description of the job you are considering the particular candidate for, we will immediately go to work for you. Our experienced placement specialists will process and contact qualified applicants to check on his/her availability and interest in the job.

If the candidate is interested, we will provide the contact information to you and set up an interview at your convenience.

We will follow the hiring process, implementing our full-service placement expertise. Our services may include any or all of the following:

o Setting up interviews.
o Conveying to the candidate the benefits of working for your organization.
o Establishing a salary range with the candidate.
o Skill testing the candidate (if necessary).
o Conducting reference and background checking of the candidate.
o Conveying an offer of employment to the candidate.
o Negotiating the compensation package offered.
o Following up with you and the candidate to make sure the start of employment is smooth.

What is the cost?

Once you hire candidate, the fee is only 20% of the first year salary as a fee.

What if I want a consultant?

No problem. You can also use the database to find temporary or consulting professionals as well. Instead of a flat percentage fee, the cost for consultants is based on an hourly bill rate for the hours per week that the consultant works for you. You can even hire the consultant full-time later on if you like.
