ITW Polymer Castings produces high precision ZANITE® polymer composite castings (polymer concrete) used for machine and instrument structural components, and polymer concrete machine bases. We have manufacturing facilities in the USA, Germany and in the UK (PPC Cranfield) that serve Europe and the Middle East.

ZANITE® is our exclusive formulated composite material made from a combination of high strength epoxy, precisely graded quartz aggregate and selective filler materials. It dampens vibration approximately 10 times faster than cast iron and 45 times faster than steel due to its higher dynamic stiffness.
