Custom manufacturer of thermoformed plastic packaging focusing on the medical market, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager. Successful candidate will assist manufacturing through process improvement and efficiencies. Will conduct time & motion studies, perform process & equipment validations, evaluate processes, lead new product development & testing, establish run standards & throughput, recommend & source equipment, assist with customer specifications, as well as management responsibilities. Plastic thermoforming knowledge required. Ideal candidate will have BS degree in Engineering or equivalent; 5 to 7 years process engineering experience; knowledge of control methods, statistical analysis, process flow; PC knowledge for statistical methods; excellent communication skills-written, verbal and interpersonal.
