LOCATION: North Carolina

INDUSTRY: · Flexo printing and flexible packaging.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provides leadership and supervision to production work teams and serves as the link to the plant leadership team. Plans and coordinates department activities, facilitates team meetings, intervenes as necessary to keep team goals and results consistent with company's direction. Serves as senior emergency coordinator on his/her respective shift. Must be willing to rotate shifts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · Facilitate day-to-day shift activities of production teams Proactively work with team to maintain a safe work environment and compliance with regulations Drive continuous improvement on quality, productivity and cost management Provide training and development to team members and is responsible for their individual performance, scheduling, material issues and maintenance, as well as resolving production problems. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

REPORTS TO: · Shift Supervisor

SUPERVISES: · Staff - Production Teams

EDUCATION: · Minimum of an Associates degree - Preferred Education: Four-year undergraduate

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: · Required Experience: Three years Preferred Experience: Flexo printing and flexible packaging experience a must.
