Senior Process Engineer 04029

LOCATION: Pennsylvania

INDUSTRY: PET - Injection and Blow molding- Food and Beverage

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Will travel to plants to assist in trouble shooting, conducting audits, making recommendations and assisting in full implementations for operational improvements. Responsible for transfer of learning and improvements over to other plant locations. Will assist plants in machine start ups and qualifications of molds, machines and systems. Key player in the operational improvement team for F&B.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · Travel required 60%. Ability to work individually or within the team concept.

REPORTS TO: · Engineering Manager

SUPERVISES: · Minimal

EDUCATION: · A college degree with an emphasis in engineering or science.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: · Excellent knowledge of the PET Husky injection process, molds and machines. Working knowledge of the plant system, i.e air compressors, water treatment systems and chillers. Good overall picture of PET plant operations. Ability to trouble shoot problems quickly. Ability to work in a plant environment. minimum of 5 - 7 years experience.
