LOCATION: Pennsylvania

INDUSTRY: · A growing, multinational manufacturer of sealing system components and custom engineered plastics.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · This position will perform key communications and setup tasks associated with the development of new prototypes; it will also lead a team ensuring that all prototype quotes and delivery requirements are met.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · Key responsibilities include reviewing & analyzing drawing notes, basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), cost parts and estimate machining requirements, estimate lead times and schedule production orders.

REPORTS TO: · Plant Manager

SUPERVISES: · n/a

EDUCATION: · A college degree with an emphasis in engineering or science.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: · The qualified candidate will have 3 years experience in the area of product design and manufacturing processes and demonstrated ability to sketch/draft tooling, fixtures, or other manufacturing ideas using AutoCAD or SolidWorks, knowledge of SAP useful.
