Injection Molding Supervisor 04044

LOCATION: Michigan

INDUSTRY: Injection Molding - Plastics

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all facets of twelve to sixteen press molding unit including: operator supervision, scheduling, material requests, tool changes, process changes, and product quality. Position requires effective leadership, strong teamwork capabilities, self motivation, ability to process quality product and perform mold/color changes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Willing to work second and third shifts if required. Plastics experience and education is required.

REPORTS TO: Foreman

SUPERVISES: N/A

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED. Training in plastics injection processing.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: : Previous processing and supervisory experience in the injection molding field.
