INDUSTRY: A leading pharmaceutical contract packager.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Senior Packaging Design and Project Development Engineer. Duties include project management, coordinating all aspects of a project, including capital expenditures, leading an internal customer project team for each project managed, developing packaging design and proposals in support of Account Executives for customer projects, coordinating production of prototype samples and recommending choices of material and components.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development of quotations and formal proposals, developing timelines for projects and following up on accomplishments as well as assisting account executives with follow-up on the details of developing packaging projects.

REPORTS TO: Manager

SUPERVISES: Staff

EDUCATION: BS Degree, Packaging.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Four years project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical environment. The qualified candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
