LOCATION: Michigan

INDUSTRY: Injection Molded Interior Trim

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supervising and directing injection molding process. Required to coordinate, assist, and review problems and changes with supervisors on other shifts, and collaborate with other departments as necessary to assure quality, productivity and inspection procedures meet company requirements. Third shift.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to troubleshoot injection molding presses and lead by example. You must undergo drug screening, pass an employment test and undergo a reference or security check.

REPORTS TO: Manager

SUPERVISES: n/a

EDUCATION: Engineering. Associates degree or better.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection molding producaitn as a supervisor, preferably supervisory experience in an automotive setting. Experience in TQM, Kaizen, 5-S, Poke Yoke, and lean manufacturing are a plus. And a minimum of three to five years as a process technician. Troubleshooting.
