INDUSTRY: Automotive

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain customer liaison for quality, warranty & APQP issues in the field.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Maintain customer contact and Company and Customer to resolve customer issues on quality, warranty, APQP/PPAP etc. Take proactive approach in enhancing Customer Satisfaction Rating Serve as communication facilitator between Company and Customer Communicate to the organization in clear terms all the customer requirements & expectations and track on time fulfillment of the same. In other words act as eyes and ears of the organization for achieving customer expectations

REPORTS TO: n/a

SUPERVISES: n/a

EDUCATION: BS engineering

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: 10-15 years of Auto. Industry experience in dealing with customer issues, experience with transplant customers is preferred.
