Maintenance Manager 04070

LOCATION: Ohio

INDUSTRY: Automotive

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for improving vital plant manufacturing systems as well as improving the reliability and proper function of injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment. Strong focus will be to reduce production downtime.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent mechanical knowledge of both injection molding machines and mold function and design. Ability to evaluate, train, and develop technical bench strength. Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferred. Strong project management skills with high sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. High energy, passionate and self-confident. Familiar with Lean Principles a plus.

REPORTS TO: Plant Manager

SUPERVISES: Staff

EDUCATION: 4 year degree, engineering

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: 7-10 years injection molding and/or plastics experience
