SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible to maximize the manufacturing assets of the Atlanta Plant. Provide leadership for the human assets and to create a safe working environment while manufacturing products at the highest perceived value for our customers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Oversee the maintenance, execution and continuous improvement of the quality policy and procedures as defined by the quality system for their area of accountability. Coach and instruct direct reports in specific duties to support the business in achieving key business indicators as defined in the business plan. Oversee the management of all shifts. Maintain production standards and measurement systems as required. Manage the plant safety processes. Support the supervisors and team leaders in resolving employee issues to maximize utilization. Develop measurement systems so that improvement processes can be benchmarked. Develop employee understanding of critical success factors of the business. Implement mechanisms to involve employees in making decisions, being accountable for actions, and elevating team work on the shift.

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

SUPERVISES: Staff

EDUCATION: BS engineering

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: 4 - 5 years of Management experience in the Auto. Industry
