LOCATION: Alabama

INDUSTRY: Automotive - A design and production oriented manufacturer of high quality automotive components (seat adjuster systems) supplying top global automobile manufacturers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and supervise electrical control systems, equipment and machinery. Installation and technical support of PLC hardware and software. Programmable knowledge in PLC (Siemens preferred.) Assist with needs assessment for computer and software requirements in all areas of the facility. Assist with PLC and PC training as required. Install, configure and maintain organization's network. Design and support server system and supporting hardware.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures related to computer technology.

SUPERVISES: n/a

EDUCATION: Degree not required

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Programmable knowledge in Siemens software. Minimum 5 years experience electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment. Willing to relocate to Alabama.
