LOCATION: Kentucky

INDUSTRY: Blow Molding

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: An immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor in our Kentucky facility. This position is responsible for supervising 50 Associates to ensure the manufacture of product that meets or exceeds the quality requirements of our customers. Major responsibilities include safety, quality, production & personnel. Related activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications include excellent communication skills, computer literacy and the ability to develop & motivate human resources.

REPORTS TO: n/a

SUPERVISES: n/a

EDUCATION: HS or GED minimum. Vocational, Associates or Bachelor's a real plus.

EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Minimum 24 months experience in supervision and 4+ years in blow molding processing. Supervisory experience, in a mfg., environment is required; must be able to work days or nights.
