ELAU good timing for packaging machine design technology ELAU strengthens its presence offering the right technology at the right time for innovative packaging machine design in Switzerland.
ELAU AG has strengthened its presence in Switzerland. The former sales office has been upgraded to the ELAU (Schweiz) AG Switzerland subsidiary, expanding the company’s ability to support the local market. In the course of expanding its international activities, ELAU AG, Marktheidenfeld, has established ELAU (Schweiz) AG in Suhr near Aarau. Based in the heart of the Swiss plateau, the subsidiary will provide the Swiss OEM packaging community with the responsive, local support critical to ELAU’s proven business model. The current three-person team will be doubled before the end of the year. Managing director Patrik Feusi (39) is highly qualified for the role. With his electrical engineering studies and subsequent Executive MBA degree at the University of Sankt Gallen (HSG), Feusi combines technical expertise with a thorough knowledge of business management. Before joining ELAU AG, he had worked at a highly respected OEM in Switzerland for thirteen years; where he was in software development and project management and finally held the position of Head of Sales.
