The Company's principal business operations are Beverage Packaging and Plastic Packaging. In all, Rexam has around 110 manufacturing facilities in more than 20 countries in Europe, North and South America and the Asia-Pacific rim.

Rexam is the largest beverage can supplier in Europe. Their 16 can plants and 4 can end plants cover Europe from Russia to Spain, from the UK to Turkey. They have a beverage can plant in Egypt, one in China and partnerships in both South Korea and India.

Rexam is the No. 3 beverage can maker in the US. We have 14 can plants and 2 end plants located across the United States close to where our customers do business. We also have a plant in Mexico, and one in Guatemala. They are also a major beverage can and can ends manufacturer in South America totaling eleven plants of which seven can plants and two end plants are located in Brazil, and one can plant each in Argentina and Chile.

Rexam's Plastic Packaging business is structured as three divisions as follows:

Healthcare: Pharma, Primary Packaging, Prescription
Closures: Beverage, Specialty, High Barrier Food
Personal Care: Dispensing Systems, Make Up, Home and Personal Care

Rexam also produces high quality consumer packaging, medical parts and industrial components using custom injection molding. The Company adds value through design for manufacture, superior mold construction and insert molding, creating the quality and reliability our industrial customers have come to expect.
