Packaging equipment maker offers new customer support line Sidel Inc, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for food and beverage packaging, announces a new customer support line for its North American customers.
Through this one number, 1-678-221-3200, customers can order spare parts or receive technical support, quickly and reliably, 24 hours/day, seven days/week, including holidays. Customers will be directly connected for technical support to a field service engineer knowledgeable about their specific category of packaging equipment, be it blowing, filling, labeling, cap feeding or any of Sidel’s globally-recognized products. “Our goal is to help our customers maximize their investment in Sidel equipment through improving their Total Cost of Ownership,” says Herve Queval, manager of Life Cycle Management at Sidel. “This telephone support will allow customers to immediately access our North American-based technical support staff in order to maximize their efficiency. Should an engineer need to be dispatched, it can be arranged through the customer support line as well.” Sophisticated technology will provide metrics from the new customer support line. This information will be used by Sidel to continuously improve response time and the customer’s Sidel experience. Sidel is one of the world’s top suppliers of beverage lines and packaging equipment.
