DANBURY, Conn. --November 20, 2003-- Sealed Air Corporation, a leading manufacturer of protective packaging products, will display products designed to package automotive parts and equipment at the 16th Annual Performance Racing Industry Trade Show in Indianapolis.

-
The Sealed Air booth, 5115 Section A, in the Indiana Convention Center at the PRI 2003 , will exhibit three easy, compact packaging selections, including Instapak Quick® foam packaging, Instapak® Quick Tuff foam packaging and the Instapacker Tabletop foam-in-bag packaging system.

  • Instapak Quick® foam packaging produces a cushioning material for light to medium weight product protection applications. The package offers the exceptional protection of Instapak® foam, by expanding and forming around the product being shipped. Instapak Quick® foam packaging consist of bags containing the liquid Instapak® components needed to form Instapak® foam packaging. These bags are stored in the compact Instapak Quick® warmer and are hand activated as needed for just-in-time product protection.
  • Instapak® Quick Tuff foam packaging offers cushioning, blocking and bracing, and shock absorption for small, dense items such as gears, motors and pumps and also can be used as corner protection for larger items. Instapak® Quick Tuff foam packaging has superior cushioning abilities and provides maximum product protection by using a minimum amount of foam. Similar to Instapak Quick® foam packaging, the Instapak® Quick Tuff foam bags contain the liquid Instapak® components needed to form Instapak® foam packaging and are stored in the compact Instapak Quick® warmer.
  • The Instapacker Tabletop foam-in-bag system is an easy-to-use, versatile and cost-efficient option for producing Instapak® foam-in-bag packaging for cushioning, blocking and bracing, and void fill applications. The simple and compact Instapacker Tabletop system can produce up to 16 foam-filled bags per minute to meet the needs of today’s busy packaging and distribution facilities. The smaller footprint of the Instapacker Tabletop foam-in-bag system saves valuable workspace and is excellent for packaging areas where space is at a premium and for multiple workstation operations.
