June 8, 2005 Bombardier Aerospace at Paris Air Show Seattle, WA, USA--(Jobwerx News)--Bombardier will showcase the most
diverse range of aircraft in the industry with eight aircraft on static
display at the 2005 Paris International Air Show.
Special Edition Learjet 60: This transcontinental business jet delivers
superior long-range cruise speed, outstanding climb capabilities, the
best dispatch reliability rate in its segment and proven, fuel-efficient
engines together with more than $1 million US in sophisticated avionics
and interior options as standard equipment.
Bombardier Challenger 300: The only true super-midsize business jet
in service, it offers transcontinental range and superior long-range
cruise speed, combined with a full eight-passenger cabin.
Bombardier Challenger 604: This intercontinental aircraft is the latest
and most advanced evolution of the original widebody Challenger aircraft.
As of April 2005, 314 aircraft had been delivered, making the Challenger
604 business jet the fastest selling model in the history of the Challenger
program and the best selling jet in its class since 1996.
Bombardier Global 5000: This new high-speed aircraft is capable of
flying non-stop from continental Europe to central North America at
Mach 0.85 and up to Mach 0.89 for shorter routes. Its category-leading
speed, most evident on intercontinental flights, combined with the most
technologically advanced cabin in corporate aviation allows it to fly
passengers across the Atlantic in ultimate comfort, faster than any
of its competitors.
Bombardier CRJ700: The CRJ700 aircraft on display is in United Express
colours and operated by SkyWest Airlines. The wide flexibility of the
CRJ700 passenger cabin is illustrated by a unique three-class interior
featuring First Class, Economy Plus(r) and Economy. The CRJ700 airliner
has the lowest operating costs of any jet aircraft in the 70-seat class.
Bombardier CRJ705: The CRJ705 airliner as delivered to Air Canada Jazz,
and on display at the Paris Air Show, has a two-class passenger cabin
configuration with ten Executive Class(r) seats and 65 Hospitality Class(r)
seats. The CRJ705 aircraft combines the lowest operating costs in its
class with superb performance characteristics including greater range.
Bombardier Q400: The proven 68- to78-passenger Q400 airliner is designed
to meet the requirements of regional airlines for larger aircraft on
high-density, short- to medium-haul routes. The 360-knot airliner is
the quietest, most comfortable turboprop airliner available. With the
lowest seat-mile cost in the regional airline industry, the Q400 also
delivers unbeatable economics and incomparable profit potential for
operators.
Bombardier 415 MP: A variant of the Bombardier 415, the most productive
fire fighting aircraft in service, the Bombardier 415 MP incorporates
numerous modifications to perform surveillance missions, with the additional
benefit of direct interventions at sea. The first two Bombardier 415
MP amphibious aircraft fully equipped with FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared
Radar), and SLAR (Sideways Looking Aperture Radar), were delivered to
Greece's Hellenic Air Force in 2004.
