Cyclics Corporation announced that Glenn J. Decker has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. Decker will lead Cyclics through the next phases of the company’s growth. Areas of focus include driving a commercially-focused corporate culture, expanding leading edge product and application development, and supporting manufacturing growth consistent with the high demand for CBT® resin. Previously, Decker served as President of the Industrial Division of Emhart Teknologies, a subsidiary of Black & Decker Corporation.

“The rapid growth the company expects in the coming months and years dictates the need for seasoned leadership to move the company forward,” said Ted Eveleth, Executive Chairman of Cyclics Corporation. “The executive experience that Glenn brings to the team will enhance and speed that growth.”

“Growing our business at a rapid pace requires the focused efforts of an accomplished team driving marketing & sales, R&D, manufacturing, and investment management,” said Mr. Decker. “I’m fortunate Cyclics already has a great team in place to support the development of their unique technology.”

“Glenn brings years of valuable strategic marketing, manufacturing and international experience in managing technology-based industrial businesses to complement Cyclics as we commercialize CBT® resin and grow our business,” added John Akitt a member of the Cyclics Board of Directors and former COO of Exxon Chemical.
