Business Hires Former GEAM Leader
Seattle, WA, USA--(Jobwerx News)--Former general manager of distribution
operations for GE Advanced Materials Group joins leading Finishing and
Coating business.
Nordson Corporation, Westlake, Ohio, a leading producer of precision
dispensing equipment, announces the hiring of Jeff Pembroke as vice president
of sales and marketing for its Finishing and Coating business segment.
The Finishing and Coating businesses include powder, liquid and container.
Pembroke will be responsible for all global sales and marketing activities
as well as application engineering and domestic and international customer
service for this $131 million business group.
Prior to joining Nordson, Pembroke spent 15 years in sales and marketing
positions with General Electric's (GE) Advanced Materials Group. Upon
joining GE in 1989, he entered the company's two-year rotational Financial
Management Program, spending the majority of his time on assignments in
Singapore. Afterwards, Pembroke entered into a sales position as an account
manager for Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. From there, he was promoted
to a field market development role and later went on to become the marketing
director for Chicago. Pembroke's other positions include region general
manager for Cleveland, Ohio, and director of commercial operations. Most
recently, he was the general manager -- distribution operations.
Pembroke holds a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire's
Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Nordson precision dispensing equipment includes applications for adhesives,
sealants and coatings to a broad range of consumer and industrial products
during manufacturing operations.
