Xiamen Yinlu Tongmou is one of the biggest groups on the Chinese market. In the last years grown confidence in the quality and technical superiority of our products has led to the acquisition of a complete PET aseptic line in this year. For the Chinese company this plant represents the first aseptic line in his history. This line is characterized by a sterilising/rinsing/filling unit consisting of two sterilising units and a rinser GRIPSTAR 1R GX and a filler FILLSTAR FX with a filling speed of 36,000 bph. This line is meant to fill low-acid beverages in the formats of 0.35 litre and 0.5 litre.

The aseptic line is equipped with a microbiological isolator that ensures the separation of the sterile interior from the outward ambiance. The used conveyors CONVAIR 2000, in the aseptic version, enable a transportation of the empty bottles by means of sterile air stream that affects the bottleneck. the bottles are supported by special holding rings whereby transportation under controlled conditions is ensured.

The company PROCOMAC S.p.A. is based at Sala Baganza near Parma and manufactures bottling plants. The company was established in 1979 on the initiative of some technicians with wide experience in the bottling field. PROCOMAC started its activity manufacturing rinsers and conveyors. Then, over a period of a few years, PROCOMAC developed its technology and enlarged its production program. Since 1990 PROCOMAC has been supplying complete lines to meet all bottling needs all over the world.

In 1996, the PROCOMAC ASEPTIC DIVISION was set up to control PROCOMAC technology in the aseptic filling sector. The first aseptic PROCOMAC line was installed in 1993, and since then PROCOMAC has offered the market new technologies that have been adopted by the most important bottling companies in the world.
