News Release

May 20/Based on the need to purify and recycle spent industrial fluids, the company introduces the WasteWizard industrial fluid recycling system. This system employs a new filtration technology for recycling aqueous cleaner baths, mass finishing compounds, mop water and other water-based industrial fluids.

Designed as a low maintenance, point-of-use device for the factory floor, the system uses the company's rotating disk filter coupled with UltraFilic membrane to filter out and collect the soils that reduce the useful life of valuable fluids.

The WasteWizard system is said to re-purify up to 85 percent of spent cleaners and coolants for reuse and reduce oily waste generated by up to 99 percent. It comes complete with its own fluid transfer system that automatically exchanges the dirty cleaner from the washer with recycled cleaner. The system sits on a 55-gallon drum or 100-gallon tank.
