Stamping Setup Technician for Tyco Electronics

Seattle, WA, USA--(Jobwerx News)--Tyco Electronics currently has the following position, stamping setup technician, available in the Automotive category.

Tyco Electronics is the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components and a major producer of active components. Our plant in *SPARTANBURG, SC* is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team in the following position:

STAMPING SETUP TECHNICIAN
2nd & 3rd Shift

This high skilled position operates, performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs stamping presses to maintain production and ensure product quality standards are met.

An ideal candidate has a strong analytical and mechanical background, experience reading blueprints, and using measuring tools including micrometers, calipers and a toolmaker microscope or comparator. The individual must be proficient in inspection procedures and troubleshooting. High speed stamping experience is preferred, but not required.
