TROY, MICHIGAN - April 1, 2004 - Magna Donnelly Corporation announced today that it was recently honored by New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. (NUMMI) at the 2004 NUMMI Supplier Conference in Fremont, California. NUMMI, a joint venture between Toyota North America and General Motors, presented Magna Donnelly with the prestigious Triple Crown Award for achieving performance excellence and meeting all of NUMMI's targets in quality, cost and delivery of mirror systems.

Frank O'Brien, Magna Donnelly Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, accepted the award. "We are particularly pleased to receive this important honor at the time of NUMMI's 20th anniversary," said O'Brien. "Over the years NUMMI has blossomed into one of the most respected automotive companies in the world, setting ever higher standards within the industry. We congratulate them on their continued success and their pursuit of excellence."
